You will find lots of delicious food choices at The Energy Fair! We strive to find vendors who are local, organic, and follow sustainable practices. Visit our food vendors and the MREA Cafe for lunch, snacks, dinner, or coffee to keep you fueled throughout the day.

Our food vendors offer a range of delicious, healthy foods we give preference to vendors who use healthy, locally-sourced, and organic ingredients. If you have food allergies, please speak with food vendors to learn about their ingredient lists. Water is free at the Fair. Please bring your own bottle, as the sale of bottled water is not allowed.

- AnnTeas – Vegan/chicken curry, bibimbap, vegan/pork eggrolls, crab rangoon, boba teas, brown sugar milk tea, dalgona coffee, fruit tea.
- Curds of Wisconsin – Deep fried beer-battered cheese curds from Nasonville Dairy.
- Hawaiian Plate Lunch – Choice of Hawaiian Shoyu chicken, Kalua Pork, or Teri Steak (includes 2 scoop rice, 1 scoop mac salad); Tuna Fried Rice (includes 3 scoop fried rice, 1 scoop mac salad); Sandwiches: Choice of Shoyu Chicken Sandwich, Teri Steak Sandwich, Kalua Pork Sandwich; Tuna Fried Rice Bowl
- Just 1 More Scoop – Twelve flavors of hand-scooped, natural, homemade ice cream with no preservatives. Locally sourced cream from Mauel’s Dairy in Owen, Wisconsin. Root beer floats, featuring 1919 Root Beer, as well as cold brew coffee floats. Ice cream flavors will include: Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint Chip, Blue Moon, Black Raspberry, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Maple Nut, French Roast, Strawberry, Mango, Cookies and Cream.
- Shama, Inc. – Garbanzo masala, tandoori masala chicken, potato and veggie curry, yogurt veggie Rayta, turmeric basmati rice, naan tandoori, mango lassi, mango lemonade drinks, Gulab jamun dessert. Proceeds support developing villages in tribal areas applying solar technologies thus improving the lives of underdeveloped communities providing health and educational facilities.
- Siren Shrub Company LLC – Women-owned and Wisconsin-based, with the intention of creating space for everyone – drinkers and nondrinkers, Friday-night-in aficionados and sophisticated dinner party planners, cocktail lovers and everyone in between. Grab a bottle of Siren Shrub sipping vinegar or a can of sparkling shrub during the Fair!

Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
MREA Cafe opens at 6:30 a.m. for volunteers, exhibitors, presenters, and sponsors. All proceeds benefit MREA Renewable Energy Training Programs.

- Sunshine Salad Farm – This farm’s fresh produce is featured in a variety of seasonal specialty salads with house made dressings, as well as quinoa bowls, veggie and hummus snack packs, and herbally infused waters. All entrees are vegetarian and most can be offered as vegan.
- Tak Yee Products – Egg rolls (shrimp, chicken pork, vegetable, pizza), Crab Rangoon, pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken dinner.
- Twisted Plants – Vegan burgers, brats, nachos, fries, and canned Izzes.
