You will find lots of delicious food choices at The Minnesota Energy Fair! We’ll offer a range of cuisines available in the food vendor area throughout the weekend.
Black Sheep Coffee Cafe will be serving coffee in compostable cups, local, organic and fair trade espresso, and tea our of their Green Bean. Complete with solar panels on their Green Bean, they are uniquely positioned to sell coffee made with renewable energy and also tell you how much energy it took to make your latte or Americano! The other half of the mission for the Green Bean is to help disabled individuals or homeless individuals receive job training and hopefully employment in the coffee industry
Blue Fire Pizza will offer wood fired pizza by the slice including pepperoni ($5), sausage ($5), margherita ($5), and prosciutto ($6).
Brava on Wheels will offer rice bowls and tacos.
Buon Cibo! will offer Porchetta Sandwich, Italian Beef Sandwich (Chicago Style), Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Penne Pasta (Chianti Red Sauce) with Italian Sausage, Cold Tortellini Salad, Cold Orzo Spinach Salad.
Jamaican Kitchens will offer Jerk chicken, jerk pork, curried chicken, rice and beans, vegetarian plate (in season vegetables), Jamaican beverages. Farmers’ market produce.
Minnesota Honey Producers Association (nonprofit) may be selling Solar Honey Swirl ice cream depending on availability.
Organic Prairie brat fry will take place in the Beverage Tent and all proceeds benefit Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) programming.
Water is free at the Fair, and the sale of bottled water is not allowed. Purchase your MREA water bottle, camp mug, or stainless steel pint, at the marketplace located in Front Gate or the beverage tent! Proceeds fund MREA’s mission to promote renewable energy, energy efficiency & sustainable living.
