After the age of 55 the body starts to lose balance, mobility, and strength. In this workshop, we will test your level of strength, Mobility, and Balance and then work on improving those areas. The workshop includes a free E-book explaining the principals and methodologies of the Program. Jim recommends wearing loose clothing and bringing a towel or blanket to put on your chair if interested.
