The Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) is hosting a Clean Energy Career Fair during The 32nd Annual Energy Fair on Friday, June 23rd and Saturday, June 24th, from 5-7pm within the fairgrounds in Custer, WI. Entrance to the Career Fair is free to all job seekers and potential students with general admission to The Energy Fair.
With the rapid growth of the renewable energy industry, comes an intensified need for clean energy professionals to keep pace with the demand. We are joining job seekers with technical colleges and industry companies to help bridge the hiring gap.
Bring your company to the event to network with potential future team members. Companies who are registered to exhibit at The Energy Fair may partake in the Career Fair for free. Companies who are not registered may exhibit in the Career Fair for $125. Technical Colleges may participate for free regardless of registration status.
As a jobseeker, the Career Fair is a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge and qualifications by networking with industry professionals over happy hour beverages, sponsored by Panasonic. Before the Fair, visit www.midwestrenew.org/training to learn about educational resources in preparation for networking, and visit www.solarenergy.jobs to learn about job opportunities year-round. While at The Energy Fair, take part in career-focused workshops to prepare for entrance to the industry. For those who are already part of the clean energy framework, participate in the Energy Professional CE Workshop series, sponsored by NABCEP, and earn education credits.
